Is your SME using Teams chats and channels a lot and is it sometimes difficult to keep up and filter the most important action points for yourself? Microsoft Copilot offers the solution for this. With this AI assistant, you quickly stay up to date by quickly viewing key points, action items and decisions without scrolling through long threads, simply by asking Copilot what the highlights of the day are.
Open Copilot in Teams and select one of the suggested prompts or ask a question yourself, such as ‘Summarise what I missed’. The same applies to conversations in Teams channels. You can easily get a summary of these, see what decisions were made and filter the most important action points.

Be clear and comprehensive when asking Copilot to perform an action: the more details you give, the better the results. You can improve results by refining the instructions. Ask for a summary of the things you need to track, including files, messages and people. Copilot can also help you find and use information hidden in documents or lost in conversations, such as when the next meeting is with a person or team you have yet to schedule. Together with Copilot, you can create content with all this, such as a summary or action list of a meeting or a presentation
