Compete HR has an online time registration that can be kept on desktop, tablet, but also on mobile. A special time registration application is offered from Compete for this purpose. In it, not only hours can be tracked, but also leave and absence.

Also, overtime can be specified in this time registration app. Specifying overtime can optionally be switched on/off. The employee can specify very precisely when overtime was worked. Overtime rules with the corresponding percentages are easy to set so that the employee always receives the correct compensation. Overtime can be booked as ’time for time’ or as ‘pay out’. Via the authorisation flow, this of course has to be approved before there is a balance for it.

Manually writing time

It is also possible to manually write hours on various projects or activities. The hours worked can be checked via a timesheet and then processed to the desired purposes. Each employee has a timesheet through the unique link that contains everything such as: hours worked, leave and sickness. This gives every employee and manager a clear picture of the working week and can be used for payout or management purposes. Working hours can also be tracked by manually writing time. The timesheet can then be completed manually and submitted for approval. The manager can view and approve this by clearly distinguishing written time or clocked time.

‘Who’s in’ overview

The cloud solution allows the ‘who’s in’ overview to be viewed from any location at any time. This overview clearly distinguishes between present and absent staff. In addition, the exact arrival and departure times can be checked directly.
